Archiving Policy

How the journal's content is preserved.

The journal ensures that its content remains available for the long term, even if this website or the publisher ceases to operate.

PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)Each published issue is deposited automatically in a distributed LOCKSS archive registered in the Keepers Registry. If the journal stops publishing, PKP PN makes the content openly available.
CrossrefArticle metadata and DOIs are registered [after membership], so links keep resolving if the site moves.
OAI-PMHMetadata is open for harvesting at https://ejournal.resincen.org/index.php/dimensia/oai by indexing services and libraries.
Publisher backupsThe publisher keeps [weekly] backups of the database and files in a separate location.

Authors may also deposit their articles in repositories under the Repository Policy.

For the editor (delete this box before publishing): PKP PN requires an ISSN. Enable it in Settings > Website > Plugins > PKP Preservation Network as soon as the ISSN is issued; DOAJ checks the Keepers Registry.
