Abstract

Amidst the increasing intensity of cyber threats, cybersecurity has become a global focus, including in Indonesia. Threats such as ransomware, data breaches, attacks on national data centers (PDN), and cyber warfare require responses that are not only technical, but also strategic and diplomatic. This study adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to ten recent scientific journals to examine the phenomenon of cybersecurity threats in Indonesia, government and related agency policy strategies, as well as the role of cyber diplomacy and the adoption of technological frameworks such as NIST. The findings indicate that increased awareness, cross-sector collaboration, and integrated strategies are crucial steps in building national cybersecurity resilience.
