The development of digital technology has led to a growing number of cybersecurity threats that can harm both individuals and organizations. This study aims to analyze the influence of cybersecurity awareness security systems and cyber three phenomena among university students. The method used is Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with a total of 102 respondents. The results show that Awareness has a positive and significant influence on Security with path coefficient of 0.427. Additionally, Security has a significant. influence on Phenomena with a coefficient of 0.459. Awareness alve directly affects Phenomena with a coefficient of 8.524. The R-Square values for Security and Phenomena are 0.779, indicating strong predictive power. These findings are are supported by previous studies that emphasize the importance of awareness and cybersecurity education in higher education institutions
