CYBIA adopts a balanced approach between technical cyber architecture and its strategic governance. We invite researchers, academicians, and practitioners worldwide to submit their original manuscripts covering three main thematic areas:

Out of Scope Policy

To maintain the journal's high standards and specific focus, all submitted manuscripts must demonstrate a clear and direct contribution to security. Manuscripts focusing on general software engineering, standard computer networking, or pure mathematics without explicit discussion, testing, or simulation of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, or defenses will be desk-rejected by the Editorial Board.
